It can be
caused by poor posture while sitting and
standing or due to stress and tension or
improper lifting of heavy weights. It
can also be due to standing or sitting
for long periods of time. In men it can
be due to a prostate problem and in
women during menstruation or pregnancy.
Simple
back bending exercises should be
performed daily to strengthen the back
muscles. It is advised not to perform
any exercise when experiencing pain.
